Orange Store is designed for managing all projects undertaken in collaboration with Orange – from briefing to final deliverables, regardless of medium and format.

Mastering project management

In Orange Store, you control projects from briefing to approval of content and up to invoicing. You can easily return to previously implemented projects and further refine them or use them as templates for new projects.

In Orange Store, you can visually comment and approve all materials and content formats (audio, video, websites, PDF documents, images, with HTML support also coming soon).

Orange Store is an online service for managing your company’s marketing communication projects, from briefing to approval of content and up to invoicing – a view into all your projects and materials at Orange.

With the Store, you can request quotations, give commissions, and easily return to previous projects that you want to refine or use as templates for new projects.

Online commenting

The commenting and approval process can be defined for each content format. The system supports all common content formats:

PDF, HTML, video, audio, image, etc.

Project Archive

A transparent archive ensures continuity during substitutions, staff changes, or simply as a monitoring tool.

Inspection Chain

Event-specific actions, such as new versions, comments, and approvals, are recorded on the timeline.

Proofing and Approval of Materials

Store enables commenting on materials during the project and final approval regardless of the material format. The approval process can be defined for each material: who comments and in what order, who approves, which changes are implemented, etc.

Video

Video material comments are made on the timeline.

The video material can be commented frame by frame, allowing the comment to be directed to any point in the paused video.

PDF and Image Formats

Commenting on all PDF materials and other static file formats, such as image files, is also easily possible.

Version Comparison

Comparing material versions is easy with the comparison feature, which places the selected material versions side by side. If the page size of the versions is exactly the same, the intelligent comparison feature calculates the differences and highlights the difference between the versions in green.

Audio

Audio material comments are made on the timeline.

From the timeline, desired points or areas are selected and comments are targeted to them.

HTML / Websites

Websites or other HTML content and static documents can be viewed and commented on in different device views, such as a computer web browser, mobile device, tablet, etc. Feature coming soon.
